have a limited number of studio rooms
available for rent right now and the rental
rates are out of this world!
We offer
a safe, secure and clean environment with
ample parking etc that is perfect for music
teachers, math coaches etc.
You can
rent one of our rooms for just $350.00
(incl. GST) per month for a 10 month rental
(ideal for music teachers who like to take
the summer off!)…..
OR….
You can
rent one for $320.00 (incl. GST) per month
for a 12 month rental which works out to be
12 months for just the price of 11.
At these
rates your earning potential is simply
huge: We usually charge our tenants by the
usage that they get out of each room. This
is an already tenant-friendly low $4.00 per
½ hour rate (incl. GST). This means that,
if you’re a music teacher providing 1-to-1
instruction, you would only have to teach an
average of TWENTY ½-hour lessons per week
(on a 10 month rental) to equal the monthly
rate. This also means that each and every
lesson beyond those 20 (that’s only 5 hours
of teaching just two days a week, by the
way!) is generating pure profit for your
business!!!!! A teacher with 50 students
would save themselves a staggering
$13,620.00 each and every year over the ‘per
lesson’ rental rate!
